Delightful two-bedroom, one-bathroom 1930s semi-detached house in a great location with on street parking and garden access. Lovely, spacious house in a quiet residential street in Moordown. Newly-refurbished with kitchen & lounge/diner. The sunny back garden is accessible from French doors in the lounge and has recently been paved for easy maintenance. It comes with a garden table and chairs. This house is the perfect home for a couple without children or two friends sharing.

The space
Recently renovated and fully-furnished with kitchen and lounge/diner. Two double bedrooms are located on the first floor of the property.

Modern bathroom with bath and rainforest shower, heated towel rail and plenty of storage.

Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, bread maker, slow cooker and electric steamer. Heated airer, iron and ironing board, Henry hoover and storage cupboards also provided.

The large open plan lounge/diner with large corner sofa, armchairs and Smart TV with Firestick makes this the heart of the home, with extendable dining table and four chairs.

Front bedroom boasts a bay window, comfortable king-size bed, wardrobe (decent-sized with shelving and drawers), chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and mirror. TV with DVD player and Chromecast.

The back bedroom has a king-size divan bed with four drawers, wardrobe (decent-sized with shelving and drawers), bedside cabinet and mirror. There is also an alcove wide enough for another wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, dressing table, etc.

The sunny back garden is accessible from French doors in the lounge and has recently been paved for easy maintenance. It comes with a garden table and chairs.

Plenty of free, on-street parking.

My husband and I live in an annexe attached to the house, but it’s completely self-contained, the only thing we share is a front door!

The house is located on a quiet street in a pleasant and safe neighbourhood with lots of green space nearby.

Five-minute walk away from the bus stop and a 20-minute bus ride from the train station. It also has a handy corner shop at the end of the road, local pub and Co-op a five-minute walk away.

Great transport links and 5-minutes from Castlepoint by car or bus, 10-minute drive to A338 and Wessex Way. On several major bus routes with stop at end of street for town (20 minutes), railway station, Poole, etc. Local pub 5-minute walk away and close to several convenience stores and supermarkets - Asda, Lidl, Aldi, Tesco and Co-op. On-street parking also available. 20-minute walk to the many varied restaurants in Charminster High Street (Korean, Japanese, Iranian, Italian, Turkish, etc.). 15-minute drive to beaches and very easy access to Wessex Way (A338).
