I booked this place for 7 days at first. At the begining the host was very nice and friendly. But when we checked in, he suddenly asked to deposit 500¥ for electricity which was never mentioned earlier. And while leaving he said the bill for it was 300¥. So I asked him to return…

收的钱是押金，长租是水电自付，我只收了电费，主要还是希望大家节约用电，果不其然7天用了200多度电，后来说续住，我给他们优惠到了7.5折，两天的续住用了40度电，500的押金除以240度的电费，和弄脏浴巾无法洗干净收了10元的清洁费，剩余全部退回，离医院3分钟即到，不知道她的20分钟从何说起，网络是20兆，离开时下大雨，网络出了问题，告知我后，我就立马联系修好，她再次入住网络已经是好的。对于她的评价我做如上回复。感谢她的支持，外国朋友语言不通，交流不畅，对于她提出的其它问题，我们也会认真对待，感谢支持
