Blue Pine Guest House is a private refined escape from the rustic wilderness. Ideally located for quick access to year round adventure. Our property borders the Okanogan National Forest.

The space

Our cabin is centrally located between Mazama and Winthrop. We are less than 1/2 mile to the Methow Valley Community Trail. Our favorite thing to do is walk out the front door and bike or run/walk on the Community Trail to the Mazama Country Store or Kelly's at the Rolling Huts to catch up on the local happenings.

Guest access

Our cabin is new and in great condition. It includes 1300 square ft. 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin with a sleeping loft. The main floor has an open living/eating/full kitchen, which is perfect for gatherings. There is also a master bedroom, common bathroom, and laundry area on the main floor. The second floor features the 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, loft area with double sofa-bed, and bathroom. It is perfect for 2-4 people and can accommodate 6.

3. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
4. No Pets allowed.

6. Water and Septic: The cabin is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
7. Storms and Road Conditions: The cabin is on a gravel drive that is plowed regularly. The gravel drive is well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months.

Please note that the North Cascades Pass is always closed during winter.
We recommend you check weather conditions before driving through the passes during the winter, either through the DOT's website (click on "Mountain Passes"), or by cal(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)-ROAD.

We loved our stay in Mazama! The house was perfect. Especially appreciated how well set up it was for families. There were even bath toys!Bryan was a great host. I would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for cooking. Communication from Bryan was outstanding. Bryan contacted me prior to the trip to let me know that the recent fire was well away from the area and he also let me know that the hikes we had planned would be safe and where to stay away from. Additionally we had a question when we first arrived at the house, he responded lightning fast to my e-mail. Definitely recommend his vacation house.

We loved this place! It's perfect for a lot of reasons. 1) It's north of Winthrop but still close to Winthrop (about a 10 minute drive), so you can easily access downtown and the restaurants and shops. 2) Because it's north of Winthrop you're that much closer to hiking trails. It only takes about 30-40 minutes to get to great trailheads (we liked Blue Lake and Maple Pass is a must). 3) The house is in a very quiet area. The neighborhood is cute and quiet, so you have privacy, but can still be outside listening to music and enjoying the deck. 4) The space is wicked clean. It was spotless, and the decor is rustic but classy. 5) The house is spacious! There was only two of us, but a family of 4-5 would be comfy here. 6) It's a great value. We looked at several rentals and hotels and this was a great value as far as space and location. 7) The hosts are fantastic. They communicate promptly and clearly, the notes in the house were helpful and clear, and they even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. We would stay here again in an instant.

We've been staying in various cabins in the area while getting ready to build our own. This is by far the most tastefully decorated place we've stayed. The kitchen is well equipped and all communication was excellent.

Exactly as described on AirBnB. Great place for a couple or family with two children. The location is 1/2 way between Cascades National Park and Winthrop, which was perfect for me. I loved staying here and would do it again.
