As this is our livelihood we try our best make sure that our guests do not have terrible experiences such as you describe.
Whilst this apartment is not marketed as a luxury/high end apartment. We market it as somewhere to crash after the O2, busy day touring Greenwich or london or busy working day and has all the facilities are available as such.
We are saddened that you did not contact us at the time of your stay to correct some of the issues you mention or even possibly relocate you.
Its a shame you missed the info saying this was a shared accomodation only becoming entire apartment 1st Sep.
The rental basis was "shared" not entire accommodation was due to the tenant who was in there.
You are right, his tenancy was running out mid august, he was not waiting eviction we knew when he was leaving.
Keys - are kept at the cab office and all who work there are aware that people will come in randomly to pick up the keys, they are generally friendly and welcoming and very helpful.
We are sorry that you found the communal garden covered in such a mess. Greenwich council are very hot such, keeping Greenwich clean and when anyone dumps rubbish its simply one call to them and they pick up within hrs. Its a shame you had to see all that in a place where children have to play sometimes.
Of all your experiences whats bothered us the most was that the flat was dirty. You shouldn't have had to be in a dirty flat. We sparsely furnish the flat to make it easier to clean. and are concerned we didn't clean to our normal high standards. We have showed your review to the cleaner who was hoping you had taken pictures so she knows where to pay more attention to when cleaning. She also said she would have been happy to come back and clean.
