Dear Dana, I am very sorry that you felt this way about your stay, and I wish that you had reached out to me at least once regarding your problems. I just want to clarify a couple of points that you have made: 1. instructions made available to the confirmed guests include detailed directions on how to find the apartment including screenshot of a map with the apartment's location marked on it and pictures of the yard with the apartment marked on it in red. All guests receive these instructions and if you had trouble finding them i am sorry. In addition, you had my phone number and if you called or contacted me via airbnb i could have explained how to get to the apartment. 2. the AC unit does work, i believe there was a problem with the batteries in the remote and I am sorry about that, as it is already pretty chilly in Tbilisi i have not recently checked their condition, but again, if you had reached out to me I would have resolved this problem very easily. 3. Extra toilet paper was available in the kitchen cabinet next to the fridge. 4. I am not sure what was the problem with the toilet, as I have checked and it is working properly. 5. I totally understand your concern regarding bugs, that has not been a problem ever before and i have since taken care of it. If you had let me know about this during your stay i would have been able to provide you with alternative housing options until the problem was resolved.
