Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

The space
There is a curved staircase to the second level. Not suitable for persons with mobility issues. Spacious kitchen fully equipped for meal preparation.
There is a flat screen tv in the upper living room and in the master bedroom.
There is a smaller flat screen tv in the living/kitchen area on the main floor.

Short walk to the Maitland River and the Maitland Trail for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Many popular restaurants and grocery stores (Zehrs/Walmart/Food Basics) are located within a 2-5 minute drive from our place. There are 5 pharmacies located in town as well.

The Brew House is located in Saltford (a small hamlet 1km from Goderich). The airbnb is a completely furnished, updated apartment. It has an attached u-brew beer and wine business that has separate entrances/locks. I have an agricultural background and my wife works in the medical field. We have travelled and stayed at vacation rentals and B&B's and enjoyed the home style atmosphere. We enjoy meeting people and look forward to offering a comfortable place for vacationers to relax in.
