The space
You will enter the main door of the unit into a small foyer where the washer/dryer is located. From there, there are 2 front doors going to 2 separate units. There will be no interaction or sharing of space other than the washer/dryer. The condo is located inside a large brand new condo development.
The space is approximately 250 square feet so on the smaller side and consists of a kitchenette/bathroom/closet/bedroom area. It is all open concept with exception of door on the bathroom and closet.
