Vishal, I wished there was something really broken in the apartment in order to fix n make ur stay better but - unfortunately - there wasn’t. U n ur wife seemed to have already made up your minds to go elsewhere no matter what. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned by a team of 2 maids only hours before ur late arrival, then u complained about finding dust at 2AM! U complained about the presence of a locked second bedroom, which is not for rent, though u r booking a one-bedroom!! What can a guest do about that? U complained about a double bed not being suitable for a couple though its size was noted in the property description n many couples had stayed in it n gave the apartment a five-star review. Also per the property description, u bring your own towels for personal hygiene n u can get a generous WiFi package for under $5 from the phone company nearby bec there is no apt WiFi. The sheets were just freshly cleaned the day u arrived n the closet had ample other bed linens to suit u - including brand new bedsheets in boxes. Hours after u had cancelled , u reported the AC wasn’t working. It only needed a slight mode reset on the remote control which we would have done for u in a timely matter had u only let us know. And, this is in a classic Cairo building in the classic Heliopolis area, I listed the lobby photo. It is decent and has working elevators. Similarly I posted ample pictures of the apartment details that exactly mirror reality. I want my guests to see enough of it in order to be fully comfortable before they book. But it looks like your wife wasn’t familiar with it. She complained about everything - even that which is noted in the BNB property description!!! If there was anything wrong, broken, or not fixed, I would have adjusted my cancellation policy for u, but in reality there wasn’t.
