Sorry but i definitely don't agree with your feedback . In my point of view , we gave you a right service with a good quality . We have air conditioning and we also have wifi in the apartment . Once you have booked we sent a message with our phone numbers.. And also we were available to check you in even earlier so i don't understand your complain , if you got late for the check in is not my fault .. So i don't understand and won't accept this review against our apartment. We are in contact with people from all over the world . You should know the airbnb concepts . Cause airbnb is not a Hotel . But one the same hand we try to make everybody happy to visit Vimodrone and have great time at our place ! 😉👊🏽
Horrible host ! No contact on the day of the arrival. Didn't pick up the phone, respond on Airbnb, (Hidden by Airbnb) ,text messeges, nothing. Totally unprofessional and disgusting behavior. We had to find an emergency room at 11pm because of this. I don't recommend it to anyone…
