The space
Peace and tranquility awaits. Our unique location offers a huge private tropical terrace with day beds, choice of sitting areas all overlooking pool and river, with the sound of the crashing waves in the background. Or just stroll in one of three directions to enjoy the fresh cuisine, beach walks or riverside strolls.
Escape time to enjoy the undiscovered beauty of this little coastal village, nestled between sparkling river and golden beaches. Leave the car, just walk to the park, stroll through the littoral rainforest to the golden sands, fish on one of the many jetties, swim in the river or resort pool or just do nothing but relax.
Experience the original Corner Store selling everything from 4WD beach passes, clothing, supplies food and beverages. Launch your boat from the ramp opposite, to enjoy 140km of navigable waters for your choice of water sports,cycle along the lanes or enjoy a twilight or early morning stroll along the river via the beach. Visit the artists gallery or sip cappuccino at the Waterbird Restaurant on the water.

If you are looking for hustle and bustle, this place is not for you, but if you want to kick a ball on the road, park your car anywhere, dress comfortably and just escape this place is yours.
Holiday comforts surround you at the Blue Water Escape. Once the iconic Blue Water Cafe and Gallery, now a stunning 3 bedroom apartment with the original cafe terrace exclusively for you.
In greek style whitewashed beauty, the interior takes your imagination to faraway places. The inside meets the outside through large cedar doors from the living area and Master Suites for tropical entertaining. Stylish shower room opens to the resort pool area and BBQ lawn.

Guest access
Guest have access to all the apartment, parking, grass shared BBQ, shared swimming pool and shared laundry. The large terraced courtyard is private for our guests only

To keep your cost to a minimum, we ask you to bring your sheets ( 2 x queen beds, 2 x single beds) towels, pillow cases and t-towels. We supply doonas and pillows.

This is a tropical paradise, far way from crowds. The North Coast's best kept secret - and our visitors come back time and time again. Manning Point is a village with many friendly locals always ready to welcome you - and surrounded by expansive waterways, whether it is the river, beach or pool. Our apartment is tiled, so always smells fresh and tidy and has a large terrace / courtyard. The boat ramp, beach, river pool, swimming pool are within a few strides away . The Bowling Club, General Store and Restaurant opposite serve delicious meals to suit your budget or taste. The best part is the seclusion - so you can relax through the literal rain forest , walk along the beach or river beach , sail 140km of navigable waterways without the noisy crowds. Natural beauty.

Whenever I can - I travel up to this special place, just to relax and rewind. As a long time business owner, I appreciate the tranquility and beauty of Manning Point. My favourite times are when I canoe over to Harrington, or take friends in the boat on a pub crawl to the many waterside bars. Water skiing is the best and strolling along the beach. Share the delight, you'll want to come back. I guarantee.
