Where you’ll be

Abercanaid, Wales, United Kingdom

The Old Miners Cottage is situated in the small quiet village of Abercanaid built in the 1850’s, with easy access to the Taff Trail and the A470. The Taff Trail spans the length from Cardiff to Brecon. The village has a well stocked shop as well as 3 pubs with one serving food. If those don’t take your fancy Table Table is a 4 minute walk away, along with a Co-operative and much more. The cottage is located within close proximity to Merthyr Tydfil, once the Iron capital of the world, and has direct links to the train station and bus stop. Abercanaid is a 40 minute drive to Cardiff and 15 minutes to the Brecon Beacons.
