Lovely and recently renovated flat, ideal for couples, friends and families.
The holiday house “Gioia” is very close to the historical city centre (400mt) of Catllammare and it stands at the first floor of one of the typical houses composing the village’s landscape: old and large walls, made of stones, give quiet and freshness to the interior space, the recent renovation provides all the comforts for a relaxing holiday, full of amazing discoveries.

The space
The house is cozy and well equipped. Once you open the entrance door, you will have to go upstairs where there is the entrance of the flat. This is composed of a unique space with a upper part. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, a confortable sofa and a big TV; going upstairs you will find the upper floor (170 cm -250 cm height) where there is a double bed and the bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower. The flat has also a little balcony, air conditioned, microwave oven and hairdryer.
