This farm style villa is ready for your family & friends to enjoy the summer and winter lifestyle in Big Bear.

Located at the top of the mountain in the exclusive Upper Moonridge area, our home is only minutes to Big Bear Mountain MTB, Golf course and Skiing resort. Boasting spacious decks on both the east and west side of the house for dining, BBQ and lounging & a large flat yard with tree house for kids to play - combining the best of both indoor and outdoor living.

The space
With all bedrooms downstairs, and open spacious kitchen, huge farm style dining table and living area upstairs, this house is just ideal for family or friends to get together and enjoy good times.

From the upstairs living area you can access the huge deck areas on the front & rear of the home where you can lounge in the sun morning and evenings.

There are two big smart TVs in the living area and smart TVs in all the bedrooms - 5 smart TVs in total across the house.

With detail and care paid to creating the best atmosphere for your stay, the furnishings are well maintained & cleaned.

The villa is equipped with 300mb wireless internet connection covering the entire house, great for remote working, or to stream content across multiple TVs/devices at one time.

A 7 seater jacuzzi sunk into the deck is the highlight of the backyard! We ask you please be mindful not to spill drinks, dirt or snow into the water. The jacuzzi is very sensitive to these kind of things and if it needs to be drained & refilled, there would be a $120 charge. Typically we have our jacuzzi maintenance company ensure the spa is clean and healthy before any guest checks in.

We have installed cameras for security reasons on the exterior of the property. These cover the front entry door, the backyard, & the driveway - which allows us to keep track of snowfall on the alleyway road during winter. The cameras are for security purposes when the house is vacant, but are turned off during guest stay so they can enjoy their privacy.

Please note we do not tolerate smoking inside the house. Please smoke only around the exterior areas of the home. Any smell inside the house will require additional cleaning at cost to the guest.

Guest access
The entire home, including our outdoor jacuzzi is available during your stay. There is a Big Bear City enforced limit of 3 cars allowed to park at the house.

Other things to note
You will need to enter the home & park your car by using the alleyway behind the house. As you come up Villa Grove Ave, you enter the alleyway on the right a few hundred feet before the house - the alleyway is across from the horse ranch. There is parking for a maximum of 3 cars.

The wireless internet password is on the side of the fridge upstairs, & also provided with the welcome/check in email.

Please be mindful of the neighbors & try not to make too much noise outside after 10pm.

If you use the jacuzzi, please make sure you turn the temperature back to 85degrees once you are done & put the cover back on when you don’t use it. - it does consume a lot of electricity & does go cold quickly during the night.
The jacuzzi guy comes often to clean but call me if something does not look right and take pictures so we can document to the spa company that things are not done right.

If you'd like to use the fire pit on the deck then you open up one of the sides and turn on gas and the burner from there. Please be careful with not getting marshmallows on the rocks.

There are some party lights on the back deck. To turn them on, just plug the cord into the power outlet by the back door downstairs. Be sure to unplug them when you go to bed.

Please leave all trash in the bin at the front of the house and make sure it is at the end of the driveway so it can be emptied by the city.

Open fires are not allowed in big bear but you can use the gas firepit on the deck.

You will find outdoor furniture pillows and cushions in the big grey plastic chest on the lower rear deck - please put them back when you leave.

No dogs on furniture and please make sure you pick up poop in the yard or in neighbors yards if the dog runs over there.

Before checking out please remove sheets and duvet covers from all beds used and leave them in a pile on the bed of each room. Leave all dirty bathroom towels in the tub of each bathroom. Dirty kitchen towels can be left in the kitchen sink.

Please also be sure to wash all of your dirty dishes - you can just fill up the dishwasher and run it when you leave.

Finally I should note that the heater is set up to warm up the upstairs to be 6-10 degrees warmer than the downstairs. If you set the heater to 61 degrees it will be nice (61) downstairs but warm and cozy upstairs (70). The duvets are all winter-weight so will be sure to keep you warm with ease all night.

Cheers :) have a great stay - Big Bear is amazing!
