The apartment is located in a typical classical residential building that was built at the turn of the 19th century. The building is centrally located in the 3rd district, in a very quiet and safe residential area. In the Second floor no lift.
In its immediate vicinity (ca. 1 min.) there is the Botanical Garden, which leads directly to the Belvedere Castle through a pleasant walk. The Schwarzenbergplatz square, signaled with chains of light at night, can be found close to this area as well as the Hochstrahlbrunnen fountain, a highlight for both children and grown-ups.

This apartment is a very open, bright, pleasant and comfortable space. It offers lots of possibilities to relax: on the sofa watching a thrilling film, at the dinning table enjoying a nice dinner or just surfing the internet and sharing the best of your holiday experience with your friends and family.
The apartment has been designed for two people, although it can also fit in an extra bed if necessary.

sleeping room: 2 Single Bed which can also be used as 1 double bed. Under the Bed is also a storage possibility for suitcases.
kitchen: the kitchen, as well as the whole apartment, has been newly fitted and is fully equipped. It comes with a cooker and extractor fan, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave.
bath: bath with shower, washbasin, towel heater and mirror.
