This private rental includes the main floor of a house sitting on a ¾ acre wooded lot. This space is 950 square feet containing 1 master bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 bedroom with memory foam roll-away bed, and 1 bathroom. It sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

There is a fenced/wooded back yard which is perfect for a dog to romp and a private deck overlooking the woods, and a large front yard set safely back from the street and lined with large pine trees for privacy, all for your exclusive use.

The lower level of the house is an apartment housing the caretaker/owner committed to meet all your needs to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

**Non-aggressive breed small to medium sized dogs welcome for a fee of $15 per night - not included in rate and due upon arrival.
Leave the house tidy, with dishes washed and sheets/linens in the laundry basket. No drugs or cigarette smoking. No outside burning other than in the charcoal grill provided. If using charcoal grill, keep away from the house and monitor flames constantly. Pets must be kept indoors and confined to the kitchen or crate if away from the house. Pets are welcome to romp in the back yard but must be kept under constant supervision due to light fencing and leash laws in the county. Dogs must be kept on leash in front yard and neighborhood. Keep noise to a reasonable minimum, especially after 11pm, as this is a neighborhood setting. Report any damage or repairs required immediately.
