Beautiful 1 acre flat lot with over 200ft of Lake Keowee frontage and amazing views. House completely remodeled in 2018 with farmhouse chic decor.
Located close to Clemson activities and the best the Lake life has to offer.
Private boat dock available for your use. Also explore in the two kayaks and make s’mores around the fire pit.
Great for a multigenerational gathering or for a couple just needing a getaway. Pets considered.

Guest have 1 acre of flat beautifully landscaped grounds with over 200ft of lakefront. There is a wonderful beach during normal lake levels (see pic).
