This home is in a scenic location.
Spacious, light open plan Studio apartment with private balcony overlooking a rose garden on water's edge with wide views of Paarl and Du Toitskloof mountain. Private, yet on same level as the on site pizzeria offering breakfasts, picnics, light meals daily from 8.30 am till 5 pm. Situated on a destination farm boasting a reptile park, catch and release fishing and gift shop, and neigbours to wine estates like Babylonstoren, Backsberg, Vrede and Lust to name a few.
