Originally constructed in the early 1890's by the firm of Clark and Loomis, which also designed the Speed Art Museum and Waverly Hills Sanatorium, as the DuPont Manual training school. The massive Victorian structure sits proudly in the heart of Old Louisville, conveniently only 3 miles from Churchill downs, and no more than 10 minutes away from two of our very widely known neighborhoods of Frankfort ave and the highlands. With acclaimed restaurants and bars your sure to have a great time!
