Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Secluded, private and beautifully appointed with a touch of retro style, The House at Puppy's Point is the ideal holiday home for a Norfolk Island getaway.
Set in 13 acres next to the National Park, with the cows across the paddock and the birds in the garden as your closest neighbours, privacy is assured.

The space
Norfolk Island has a lot of holiday houses for rent, but none quite as stylish as this. Built of Norfolk Island Pine on an acreage on the island’s north-west coast, you can enjoy views of the ocean from the gardens or cosy-up inside by the fireplace and enjoy the mid-century vibe.

The master suite has a king-sized bed, its own freshly renovated ensuite and access to the verandah and gardens. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the main bathroom has a large and luxurious rain-head shower.
There’s also a third room, available as a study space with day bed.

The living areas are perfectly suited to relaxing and putting your feet up, with a reading corner and a wood fire. The large open plan dining and lounge areas open up to broad verandahs and outdoor spaces – great for enjoying morning coffees in the sunshine on one side, or watching the sunsets around the fire pit on the other.

The full kitchen has everything you need to make the most of the Island’s great local produce – ask us for some tips to find the best suppliers.

The Location
The property is located on the Island’s north-west, a short walk from – and named after – the popular cliff-top BBQ and sunset watching spot of Puppy’s Point. You’ll be surrounded by national park and rural land, without a neighbour in sight and only the occasional friendly cow to interrupt your view.

The home is less than ten minutes’ drive from town, and right around the corner from the Island’s best national park walks and the spectacular Anson Bay. A rental car is essential wherever you stay on Norfolk – ask us for recommendations and assistance in organising your hire car needs.

Where you’ll be

Norfolk Island

Set on 13 acres of land, there's really no such thing as 'neighbours' unless you count the cows. With the nearest house more than 200 metres away - you won't have any passing traffic.

Long time residents of Norfolk Island and descended from the Bounty Mutineers, we would love to share the home we built, with holiday makers to this beautiful place. We love swimming, walking & time spent with family.
During your stay
We’ll meet you at the airport on arrival, and we can provide assistance and local know-how at any time during your stay. Want to know where to find the best local, pine-smoked bacon? Which of the walks in the national parks to prioritise? Just ask - your local hosts will be able to help you make the most of your stay on Norfolk Island.
