Mary Clare was very responsive and helpful in accommodating our late check-in. Large and clean with all the amenities we could want, including breakfast items. Good residential street with guest house adjacent, and the next street had a good variety of stores and restaurants.

The place is very old and not a lot of maintenance had been given, furniture is also old. The apartament is big, clean and the hosts are very nice and available at any time

Our staff on Belfast was great. We were in town for a 40th birthday party and our accommodation was just what we needed. There was a late change of plan on the part of the hosts, but they were extremely accommodating and communication was excellent. The alternative arrangements they put in place (a property very close by) were just as good and all guests were happy. The only drawback was that there wasn't a lot of hot water. We'd certainly use again.

The flat was large and clean, well situated in front of the botanic garden and ulster museum. The staff of the guest house next door was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast served at the guest house was really nice and cheap. A good experience!

We had a lovely time at this rental! The room was wonderful and all was clean. For 3 nights it certainly provided everything one requires. Detailed information about the check-in process would have been appreciated as the guesthouse was not occupied when we arrived around 1pm. I would certainly book with Mary Clare And Nicola again!

The outside yard and entrance are deplorable. I was surprised that none of the previous reviews mentioned this. The building is old, but has enormous potential. The heating was superb, though previous reviews had expressed concerns. Likely the heating system has been recently refurbished, and for this we were grateful, because Belfast was unusually chilly for us. Sadly, other aspects of the place, not all, were in sad repair. And it was not as clean as other reviews had reported. Still, the location is great. The price is reasonable, and it certainly is spacious.

Whilst the location was convenient for us with regards to proximity to queens university, it was rather hard to sleep. We were in a ground floor flat with people shouting outside in the street until 2 in the morning. If you did get to sleep it was short lived as we had banging and shouting INSIDE the building from around 6:30 right through to 10 and even had our door knocked a few times with no one outside. We were vigilant to follow the rules but aparently no one else in the building cared to. It was clean though.
