This cozy basement principal bedroom w/ensuite has everything you'd find in a premium hotel room. 10 min WALK to PNE and Playland. 12 min drive to downtown Vancouver & 10 min drive to North shore & highway to Whistler. 5 min walk to buses to downtown or skytrain. Guests from all corners of the world & all backgrounds are welcome here to share our quiet neighborhood & beautiful city. The room is great for single guests or couples.

The space
Separate entrance from rear of house shared with the downstairs suite. Ensuite is a stylish private separate wet room (washroom), with a toilet and stand up shower.

Guest access
While clothes washer and dryer are not included, if you need to use the laundry let us know and we'll try to make a time for you.

Other things to note
There is a fridge and sink, but not a kitchen/microwave/toaster/hotplate.
