The location was wonderfully close to a subway station, making it easy to get around. One thing to note is that the bathroom is attached to one of the bedrooms, so people in the other room have to pass through. But all other aspects were perfect and thoroughly enjoyable. Would recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Muriel's. 1) Great location- pros and cons: Most tourist spots are two train rides away, but you can access Metro (Garibaldi) and bus stations in roughly 5 minutes. The neighborhood has a lot to offer- supermarkets both big and small, boulangeries, and a number of restaurants of varying cuisines. In the vicinity also is the famous flea market Marches au Puces de Saint-Ouen. However, it doesn't feel that safe at night. Nothing happened while we were there but it's a place where one should be wary. Everything happening on the street outside is seen and audible, which can make for a noisy afternoon. During the morning and at random times during the night, a person could be overheard, likely from the next door building, who would make unintelligible noises. 2) It has everything you need: The house is very well-lived in so you have everything you could need to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. We really appreciated the kitchen supplies. Some things are in need of minor repair, but nothing that can't be fixed. We had warm days during our brief summer stay and would have appreciated electric fans. 3) Newly renovated washroom but...: We commend the nifty nee bathroom but the shower area can be slippery so take extra care not to lose your footing, especially those who are more advanced in their years! 4) Room for improvement with communication: Muriel had the initiative to reach out with instructions even before we arrived, but while we were there it was harder to contact her. But she was always very kind and considerate when answering, addressing our concerns. 5) Easy transaction: Checking in and out was very convenient, and Muriel was more than understanding with our requests and mishaps! 6) Recommended?: Yes. Great value for money.

We were on a short trip by car to Paris and enjoyed staying at this small house. It's all as described, close to the metro and the super market. I underestimated the parking - it were really difficult to get my Volvo V60 in, but I managed after quite some time. It's really tight for a car of this size, and it didn't help that there were cars parked on the other side of the narrow street. Aside from the parking, everything was great and well prepared for a family staying a few nights in Paris.

This house is close to a metro stop and close to the flea market. The carport/garage is nice for off-street parking, but it's a bit difficult to get into and out of. We just used the metro while we were there so it wasn't much of an issue. The house is quite rustic and comfortable. It met our needs just fine.

Muriel's house was situated in a more quiet area of St Ouen. it's quite close to the nearest metro station. It was a great place to stay and relax after many long walks in Paris. The size of the house is enough for 5 persons (though you'll have to take turns with the bathroom) and staying at her place was a blast!

The house is very cute, clean, accessible, and overall great! The check-in is very easy, but the address is 6 villa not 4 villa. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay in Muriel's house. We were 6 adults and two toddlers and felt really well. It has all you need to feel like in your own home (only it's in Paris)!
