Designer Loft off SE Restaurant Row
Our one of a kind "loft" sits just between Portland's popular Division and Hawthorne streets. Right in the middle of the best neighborhoods Portland has to offer!
4 Blocks to Restaurant AND Bar of the year!!

The space

Enjoy the beauty of one of the SE Portland's best/oldest neighborhoods in a sleek modern loft created by portland's small space and ADU design specialists, zenbox design.

A large 2 car garage was converted into to this groovy industrial living space. Everything in the space is handmade from the steel and reclaimed wood cabinets to the barstools and art on the walls.

An accordion door system slides completely open to give you 16' of opening with literally no division between inside and outside space.

The space is sleek and simple, and laid out for those who love to cook, entertain and enjoy connection to the outdoor patio. New stainless and chef quality appliances, island range and bar.

Prefer to hide away? Close the blinds and snuggle up in front of the fireplace with a movie...we wont tell.

Guest access

The entire unit as well as the private patio and hot tub.

Had a great stay here. Amazing neighborhood with tonnes of restaurants and bars, and a quick drive from downtown. The place had everything we needed, a really comfortable mattress, and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Great communication from Dee leading up with directions and parking info, and didn't have any further questions as everything we needed to know was in the guide.

This was a perfect Airbnb. Great space, clean, comfortable, stylish, well equipped, and in a fantastic location. Every little detail was thought of, from the detailed book of instructions and suggestions to the highly appreciated honor bar. Check in and communication with Dee was perfect. And we absolutely loved the neighborhood, with the numerous wine bars, restaurants, whiskey lounge, and food trucks. I would definitely stay here again.

This space was truly special. Seamless in both the experience & logistics upon arrival through departure. Bryan and Jen were incredibly spacious, yet were available if needed. Stunning space, with all the comforts and touches included. Nestled in an amazing area filled with cafes, restaurants, food carts - offering a real portland experience. I will be back...

Easy to communicate with, always quick responses, friendly. This very well might be the best location in Portland. Walking distance to the best food, shops and great coffee. As far as the space goes, it's very creative, out of the box design. Awesome shower, too! Thanks so much Bryan and Jen!

The loft is clean, bright and inundated with light during the day. Comfortable, and most of all beautiful. In a lovely, safe neighborhood with a great food scene. All amenities were present. Had a great time and would definitely stay there again !

This home is perfect to get a great feel or Portland. Walking distance to the hip areas of Division and Hawthorne streets, and super close to some of the best each of those streets has to offer (think Pok Pok, Salt & Straw, etc). Such a friendly environment with ample space to kick back and relax when you're done wandering. The home was clean, comfy, and always felt safe at all times of day and night. We rented bikes (one block away) and rode all over the city, but also took an Uber downtown ($9) and also to the airport ($17), making this a pretty inexpensive area to stay in and get around to all the places you need to go.

Dee User ProfileDee is a superhost.

I am an east coast transplant to the Pacific Northwest. When I travel I like simplicity and comfort so the space we share with our guests is a reflection of that.
