In the heart of Normandy Switzerland, a 1/4 hour walk from the guinguettes and pedal boats, my house is the paradise of passerines who express themselves particularly cheerfully around this characterful stone house.
Independent, located on 1000 m2 of land, this "nest" benefits from a green and soothing setting

The space
The house is located on 1000m2 of land with lawn, trees, garden furniture and barbecue....it is individual.
There is ample room to park two or even three vehicles.
Sleeps 5 (2 large beds + 1 small bed + 1 baby bed available).
Access to the bathroom is through the ground floor bedroom but the first floor bedroom is equipped with a Montauban sink and armchair suitable for night amenities.
I want to clarify that according to the Airbnb platform concept, it is my subjectively arranged little nest that I make available to guests and certainly not a luxury hotel residence. The place is bucolic and the old country house make it the perfect place for nature and tourism lovers but would not sit if you are looking for a functional or luxurious accommodation. The amenities are simple and basic, the activities of the Clécy site are close and their access is quick whether with or without a vehicle (15 to 20 min walk, 5 min by car ).

Other things to note
I do not have a washing machine or dryer in the habitable part because of renovation but I can grant you access to the laundry room on occasional request.

Possibility to provide a baby bed.
