Recently renovated space with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom with queen size bed. Great space for a couple, with the option of having a friend over, cook, BBQ, enjoy the beach. Located in Fire Island's town of Cherry Grove, laid back, crazy fun place with restaurant, clubs and bars.

The space
Recently renovated One Bedroom Apartment With Private Deck, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, ....all linens, towels, also hairdryer, iron, beach towels, beach umbrella. This apartment has separate entrance, private bathroom and private deck. This unit does not have direct ocean view but the beach can be accessed directly from the property's ocean deck.

Other things to note
CLEANING and SANITIZING before your arrival - your reserved unit will be extensively cleaned, sanitized with recommended disinfecting products. This extensive process will take all the time between check-in and check-out to perform safely; that’s why no late check-out or early check-in will be possible.

CLEANING SERVICES during your stay – Dune Point staff will not enter your unit during your stay. You will be provided with towels, linens, toiletries for the duration of your stay. Your room will be supplied with dishwasher liquid, sponge, broom, dustpan, toilet cleaning brush and plunger, disinfecting and cleaning supplies, paper towels (please do not dispose of paper towels or wipes in toilets). Cleaning service during your stay will not be provided until further notice.
