Located at the base of world-class MTB trails and 40 min to Whistler, our Carriage House Studio flat is a unique, private, architectural gem in the forest.

The space
Very private second floor studio of our carriage house ( or, “lane-way home”) is located at the back of our 1/2 acre property and accessed via exterior, grated stairs. Your own reserved parking spot it located at the front of the property. The space is a 550 square ft, open, loft-style design - meaning the bed is open to the living area and not in a separate room. Huge wrap-around deck facing south and west. Queen-sized main bed and an additional double bed is ideal for kids or a "third-wheel". Complete kitchen is fully set up and ready for when you're tired of eating out. Internet access is available of course, and a new flat-screen smart TV allows you to connect to your own iTunes and Netflix accounts.
Serene bathroom with skylight above the tub for long therapeutic baths after a full "Squamish day".

Father to 2 young boys. Husband to a vibrant, intelligent woman. My wife and I are both designers and passionate about our work, our friends and our play. Snowboarding, surfing, mtn biking, camping - your typical Squamish resident suffering from Peter-Pan syndrome, really. We appreciate design from all era's but surround ourselves with a minimalist aesthetic. We have worked hard on designing and building our own home and always respect the spaces we share.
