Great location91% of recent guests gave this home’s location a 5-star rating.

The top floor of a single family house built in 1872, newly renovated with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood; 1.5 miles away from Tufts; 1.5 miles away from Harvard Square; and 2 miles from MIT. Parking in the driveway. Logan Airport is 15 minutes away by a taxi. The attic was renovated a few months ago and we fitted AC, one of those with the compressor outside and it is really quiet. In the winter, the same system heats it and it is very cosy.

Aesthetically very pleasing space, in a charming area with easy access to Boston. Our accommodations were very comfortable and private. Nimco and Alex were gracious hosts, and they even waited past bedtime for our arrival. We hope to be able to stay again on future trips.

I couldn't have even dreamed of a more interesting, warm, and gracious home to share during my few weeks in Boston. Nimco and her family are among the most genuine folks I've ever had the pleasure to meet.

Nimco is a nice lady, She gave me clear introduction about visiting MIT and even gave me some quarters for parking. The rooms of her house are very clean, close to Cambridge. The whole family are very friendly. I will choose to stay in Nimco’s house next time.
