Sam, I wanted to cancel your booking because of my brother's death which I had told you about and I could have done it according to Airbnb rules, but still I didn't because I didn't want to cause you any trouble with your trip to Italy, although I had proposed you a different accommodation. Before you booked my apt I had asked you if I could stop by my house to water the plants, which I only did once in a week, and you said it wasn't a problem for you. I guess you were bothered by the fact that I found out you were having more people over for dinner without asking me, since it was written in the rules not to have other people in the apartment. The air-conditioning is not included in the description so I wonder why you complain about not having it, it does get hot in Italy in summertime, not my fault, but I did provided two self-standing fans. As a host I have to complain about you not respecting the rules of the house (written and explained to you on your arrival) by making a mess with the garbage/recycling which caused me problems with my neighbors and local recycling program. And having people over for dinner without asking. Using all the towels besides the ones I had provided and leaving a mountain of dirty laundry on the bathroom floor was kinda disrespectful and no other guests did it before. And yes the sofa bed is a sofa bed so not suitable for a tall and big man like you. Hope you enjoyed the silk sheets in the main bedroom though. I did my best. Even entering the apartment to put the sofa cushions back which I had taken from the upholsterer so you could find everything nice and set. And you said you would have replaced the stuff you used and that wasn't included in the booking. But you just didn't.
