Beautiful freshly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom character home in the heart of Downtown Courtenay! This house is set up very well for long stays and accommodate’s shorter stays well too. This spacious house has all the comforts and amenities including a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. Great open layout kitchen/living area. Large rear deck’s enjoy late evening sun, fantastic master shower, King size beds, bathtub, laundry, cable/smart TV, WIFI, fresh coffee and terrific parking!

The space is always the perfect temperature thanks to a convenient heat pump system. Cool in the summer, toasty in the winter:)
