Welcome to my nice Greek-style house with a remarkable view on the Caspian Sea, just 2 minutes drive from the famous Sea Breeze resort, public beaches and 5 minutes from Amburan Beach Club, close to Shopping Center and nice dining facilities. Quiet location with 2 huge terraces, modern cozy environment. The ground parking area, and a big space for a barbecue party. 24/7 security & support service with a guard (a separate house on the same land). Assistance in fluent English and Russian.

The space
The house is quite big of more than 200 sq.m. It is located on a very big garden with nice landscape design. Nardaran area where the property is situated is around 40 minutes drive from the city center of Baku and main attractions, and is only 20 min far from the international airport.

Guest access
Guests will have the whole house for their personal use. I can arrange the meeting at the airport with the driver at additional charge of 15 USD. The driver will bring them to the property where I will handle them the keys and explain everything.

Other things to note
I can also arrange the transportation to the beaches and other places of interest at additional small charge.
