This private room is fully furnished, with a daybed/trundle that can be a single, 2 twin, or king size bed.
There are two full bathroom in the hall, shared with 2 roommates. You are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry, and swimming pool.
Only 2 minutes walking distance to bus lines and less than a mile to the Fallbrook Mall: Walmart, Target, Trader Joes, Olive Garden and more.
3 miles from the new Westfield Village and Topanga #Mall. Centrally located, approximately 30 minutes from the following tourist attractions: Universal Studios and Citywalks, Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu and Topanga State Beaches.
There are pets, dogs, living at this home. We have a keycode entry. but generally are there to check guests in.
