A house in the countryside that allows you to enjoy nature and the beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana (a World Heritage Site) and adjacent to the village, just three minutes from the main square (250m). There is silence.
It is located about three km from Inca, the largest town, where there are many services and about 20 minutes from the beach of Pto de Alcudia, Playa de Muro...and Palma about 30 minutes. Everything is very easy.

The space
The house has about 100m2 with a large room of 25 m2, living-dining room-kitchen in an open loft, bathroom and laundry room.
It has access to the spacious terraces, porch with views and poolside pergolas in case you don't want to sunbathe. The swimming pool is 9.50 mx5.50 m and has a depth of 1.10 m to 2.00 m.
It is a house for an unforgettable vacation, relaxation and tranquility in the countryside, doing sports and enjoying our village without needing to use a car, only if you want to travel to other places.
It is an open house, all guests will be welcome and we will be happy to welcome you. Don't miss it!!!

The house is located three minutes walk from the main square of the village( 250 m ) in the neighborhood of Sa Plaça, where is the Catholic church that with its staircase forms the best historical-artistic ensemble of the town and is very photographed by the people who visit us. There is also the Town Hall, bars, restaurants and the Forn Can Felip that with its fresh bread of the day does the delights of the neighbors. Next to the church going up another staircase is the Recreational Park with space to delight the view with the wonderful Sierra de Tramuntana and children can enjoy the freedom for the game. And all this walking, no need to take the car.
