This hidden retreat is just out side of the historic city Salisbury and a stonesthrow away from the world renowned Stone Henge.

The space

We have available 2 light and airy rooms; 1 x double, 1 x single. In the rooms there are fresh, clean towels and tea and coffee making facilities. Both over look the large garden at the back of the house.

Guest access

In the summer months the conservatory is a delightful space in which to eat and relax, however during the cooler months you might take advantage of the Lounge with its real fire, TV and music. There is plenty of space to be private should you want that. All of this is negotiable.

Excellent road access close to the A303

The house was easy to find and had readily available parking on their property just to the side of the house. We arrived when no one was home, but ample instructions were provided to enable us to settle in and make ourselves comfortable. Graham arrived shortly after us that evening and he made us tea when he got in, which was much appreciated. We had a nice peaceful stay and a good continental breakfast spread was laid out for us the next morning. The bed and space provided for us was clean and comfortable. We didn't get to meet Nicky, but Graham was a very warm and welcoming host. Thank you Graham and Nicky!

We stayed in Idmiston with Nicky and Graham for three nights while visiting Salisbury. We really appreciated the extra space in the second floor bedroom, and the ensuite toilet and vanity (bath and shower are downstairs in shared bathroom). They are both very welcoming and made us feel at home; all the interaction we had with them was very positive. Graham recommended a pub in a neighbouring village where we had a good meal. We would highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful stay ! Cosy and clean house with great people. We enjoyed the breakfast in the garden. The area is calm, near Stonehenge. Plenty of dinner choices at Salisbury, a few miles away. We definitely recommend it.
