⚠️CAUTION: There is a full reconstruction in the building next door which may create daytime noise on weekdays.
This is out of our control but if it happens, we will refund 20% per night to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the noise. The work is expected to last until 2026.

Stylish apartment in a fantastically renovated building, its interior is modern and clean with a marble bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette, super fast internet, air conditioners, and a marble bathroom with a shower⭐. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and the sofa bed is suitable for a 3rd guest.
2️⃣HOME OFFICE:
Perfectly set up for home office: fast wifi with more than 150Mbps (fibre), working desk and chair. Fully equipped including an optional 24" PC monitor (extra fee).
All services at walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, and cafés. Uber Eats is also available.

Within walking distance, Lisbon's best experiences:
- ✈️Transportation: sightseeing bus stop (hop on/hop off), metro stations Restauradores and Rossio are within 3 minutes walking distance as are many key-route bus and tram stops, and the train station.
- Culture: all main sights, attractions, tours, Fado music, museums, and more within 15 minutes walking range;
- Food: an infinite choice of restaurants with great Portuguese food, ranging from popular to 2 Stars Michelin or the TimeOut Market, many delicious pastries shops, ice cream parlours, cafés, wine-tasting shops, etc. within 15 minutes walking range;
- Fun: Lisbon’s renowned nightlife with its maze of bars and clubs at just 10 minutes walking distance at Bairro Alto, and Cais do Sodré with its famous pink street;
- Sun & Beach: the Tagus River with its bank promenade and sunbathing area is within 10 minutes of walking distance. The gorgeous beaches of Cascais are only a 20 minutes train or Uber ride away.

Guest access
The pool, patio and sun loungers are shared with the guests of the 13 apartments in the building.
We have a luggage storage space in the building, therefore, the apartment can not be used for storing luggage before or after your stay.
You can use the common patio and the pool before check-in and after check-out, if available.

"The pool and patio take this place to the next level and we were able to swim every day even at the end of October. Great view of the castle from the bedrooms. It is a small flat ideal for 2 couples - we are a family with 3 children so used sofa bed in lounge - perfectly ok for a couple of nights but would be a squeeze for longer. It is a purpose refurbed aparthotel complex so your neighbours are also holiday-makers. The bathroom is "fancy"! The place was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the bedlinen and towels and toiletries all hotel standard. We felt perfectly safe and the building is secure. The location is very convenient and very central but as in many cities near the opera/station/downtown there is an edge and quite a lot of homelessness and begging in the nearby area." Maria B.
