The space
House has 2 spacious master bedrooms, both with master bathrooms. MB1 has queen size bed , night stand, ladies dresser with large mirror full wall length men’s dresser and two lambs. It has exclusive entrance to rose marble master bath with 4 ft x4 ft walk-in shower , toilet, sink and counter, medicine cabinet & mirror and bath tub with baby changing station.
MB2 has queen bed plus a single bed plus 2 night stands and two lambs and two dressers. It also has exclusive entrance to blue master bath which is a mirror image of bath 1.

Spacious living room has fire place with fire place insert and 3-speed blower for auxiliary heat. Living area combines dinning table 10 feet and cabinet and working desk with WiFi connection. Beautiful floor to ceiling 12 Ft wide widows on east wall and matching insulated glass window on west wall give birds the false impression they can fly thru the house. Antique church pew is positioned to allow guests to watch the early morning sun to hit Mount Washington or the beautiful sunsets of yellow/orange/pink/purple. A Florida Room made of wrap around floor to ceiling windows, a skylight and rose marble tiles is a fine room to relax. Upon request, we can install a sleeper couch to accommodate two other adults.

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove/ oven refrigerator and microwave with twenty feet of white well lite counter tops, all kinds of cabinets and pantry space and a small 4ft sq elevated breakfast nock. This house completely running on renewable energy.

Guest access
Guess are free to access the entire space and the 100 acres of private estate grounds. But like USA National Park Service motto: leave only footprints and take only memories and photos. With the exception that a few wildflowers won’t be missed. And please no smoking anywhere.

Other things to note
July and August can be unexpectedly hot. Be sure to carry drinking water and check your body often for tics . Black flies are common.

The people of South Paris and neighbor Norway are friendly and helpful, the two villages each have a town library that are warehouses of information - available to all short term new comers, especially children with storytelling Thursday’s 10:00 am and racks & stacks of kids Cd’s & games.
Within walking distance is a bridge for fishing and wetlands for scenic canoeing or kayaking - ducks & geese visit. There’s also fishing off the Norway Lake pier. Norway Lake has a lovely FREE public park with swings and other rides, safe protected swimming area, picnic tables and grills. During the winter there are three nearby lakes that freeze solid enough for vehicle traffic to support ice fishing.
Oxford Casino, Maine’s only casino, opened last year; it is Vegas quality and within 10 miles of Long View Acres! And a wildlife park and zoo within 20 miles. There are an assortment of quaint charming scrumptious French, Chinese, Italian, seafood, live lobster shack, steakhouse and Vegan restaurants, the usual fast food and delightful breakfast cafes.
Norway village has several charming local artist galleries and sporting goods stores that specialize in archery and other hunting supplies.
Antique shopping is popular as there are a dozen antique shops in the area.
Harrison Deertrees Barn is sponsoring ‘SEBAGO Long Lake Classic Music Festival throughput July and August; for information and tickets go online at www.SebagoMusicFestival.org The librarians can also help with tickets.
Likewise, the Celebration Barn also conducts live magnificent performances all year long. Check the Barn out on Facebook or at the library.
