As soon as you enter, you know you have entered a well-designed residence that reflects a country get away. At a spacious 2300 sq. feet of living- space on three levels, the townhouse condo is ideal for two or three couples wanting a tranquil location to retreat to after enjoying sporting, festivals and arts events.

For your convenience you will be provided your own personal access code prior to your arrival.

The space
The airy main floor features a large living room with fireplace, well equipped kitchen, dining area and two decks, one that is screened in. Secure equipment storage is found in the entrance way closet and interior sports storage room. A three-piece bathroom is conveniently located near the entrance.

The second floor is highlighted by two master bedrooms. The first features a king bed, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Sip an early morning coffee on your private “juliette” balcony overlooking the pond. A queen sleigh bed showcases the second bedroom with its own three-piece ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning helps to cool the condo on hot summer days.

For your convenience, laundry facilities are available on the second floor.

The lower level family room, with walkout, has a fireplace, three-piece bathroom and third bedroom with twin beds.

Enjoy the outdoor seasonal pool (CLOSED due to COVID-19) which is within a three-minute walk. Just beyond is the La Bête Golf clubhouse.

Well located within a few kms of several golf courses, Mont Tremblant resort for skiing and festivals, cross country ski/hiking trails, relaxation at the Scandinavian Spa and access to Le Petit Train du Nord bike path. Enjoy all the area offers: triathalon training, biking, skiing, golfing and dining.

This is a pet free, non smoking home.

We have taken extra steps to ensure the safe health of our family and guests. The cleaning process between those using our condo includes fogging. This sanitation process is used by institutions, stores, and restaurants. Fogging, using a hospital-grade disinfectant Vital Oxide, is the most effective and efficient way to apply sanitizing solutions.
Vital Oxide is approved by Health Canada and EPA for use against SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. It is colorless, 100% biodegradable, non-corrosive and non-irritating to skin.

Guest access
We live in a residential area with full time residents. We ask that guests please respect their privacy and parking areas. Guests to our home are invited to park up to two cars in the area closest to our condo. Additionally, please do not access the stairs to the dock at the pond. This is owned by the condo next door.

Other things to note
Two Key Items - cell phone and effects of COVID-19

Please bring your cell phone as there is no land line available in the condo.

COVID-19 has affected us all – as travellers and hosts. Provincial health related restrictions are in place and can change. I encourage you to go to appropriate government sites for updates.

Cleanliness and disinfecting are of highest priority. This is our family vacation home too. We have therefore implemented COVID-19 health protocols as recommended by the Canadian Government Health Department and AirBnB. Our cleaning crew is paying extra attention to cleaning the house. They disinfect all remote controllers, light switches, and door handles to ensure that you are getting into a clean environment. The condo also gets fogged (see reference in description of space for details)

We have also added extra linens, disinfectants for you to wipe down surfaces during your stay, and hand sanitizers.

As travellers too, we appreciate the extra effort that hosts do for us. If you have any questions, please reach out to me. I am here to help make your vacation a safe and healthy one.
