Piper is a stunning south side apartment, residing in the entertainment district of the city just over the river from the CBD. She'll excite and amaze you with her perfect location right near the Exhibition Centre and the fire breathing promenade.

The space

Spectacular views of Port Philip bay from the apartment. You will be staying next to all the entertainment Crown Casino and it's world class restaurants can offer. Rockpool bar and grill is definitely worth a visit! Just minutes walk to the Yarra river for a stroll, the DFO for shopping and South Melbourne Market for fresh food.

There is a super comfy queen sized bed and a large bathroom. Open plan kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, a 55 inch TV to enjoy movies and a stereo to plug your own music.

There is a big couch that comfortably fits one person to sleep on too! Bedding will be provided for it, should you have a third person or are two travelling individuals.

Guest access

There is a beautiful communal area on level seven of the building with a GYM, swimming pool and BBQ area all with beautiful views of city. If you'd like to experience the city by bike or need access to a car during your stay, just ask! There are many car and bike share vehicles nearby.

The flat is comfortable and convenient . I had everything i needed inside and outside. If you want to be close to all the activities in the South Bank this is the place - in my case i was attending a conference at the melbourne convention centre which is less than 5 nimute walk. The city centre is walkable, but there's also a tramstop outside the building. There's a supermarket just round the corner .

This place is quite nice and the photos are accurate. The location is fantastic with Crown across the road and a tram stop just outside the door, yet is fairly quiet. Would make a great base for a single or couple to explore the city from. While there is a laundry and nice kitchen, it is not the most homely place with the bare minimum of essentials supplied. Is much more like a nice hotel room than someone's apartment. This is likely because it is managed by a third party not "Linton." This caused no issues other than having to pick up the keys from another location which is unusual for Airbnb. Overall a nice stay and would recommend unless you were after a more homely feeling.
