This property sits on over 17 acres on Nutty Brown Road. Located in an extremely desirable location close to Dripping Springs (8 miles) and Austin (17 miles). HEB is only 3 minutes away! A short 4 minute drive will land you in Belterra Village. For schools, this property is zoned for Cypress Springs Elementary and Sycamore Springs Middle School. Month to month, fully furnished with utilities included!

The space
The property offers sleeping accommodations of up to 10 in between the main house and the guest house. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! Throughout the property you will encounter plenty of sitting areas, hammocks and swings. Behind the main house you will find a beautiful clearing with a little old log cabin (150+ years) that was converted into The Merlowe's Pub (please see pictures). The property also has a wet weather creek and two wet weather ponds. The location can't be beat, the property is just minutes away from the original Salt Lick (restaurant and cellars), Fall Creek Vineyards, Austin Craft Lounge, Jester King Brewery and many other attractions located in Belterra Village.

Guest access
Feel free to walk about or hike the property. Lock box codes will be provided the day before the arrival. Guest number of no more than 10 is strictly enforced. Bringing more than 10 guests without previous approval will immediately cancel the rental agreement and renters will be asked to vacate the property.
