Four bedroom, large, modern Pacific Coast style home. 3 bedrooms w/ decks overlooking Zicatela Beach & La Punta. Big garden full of birds. 8 minute walk to the beach. & 10 minutes to restaurants & bars. Air Conditioning in three bedrooms, ceiling fans in all. (A/C in guest house - Separate listing). Across from Odyboards surf. Cleaning 1x weekly included. ATV can be rented separately.

Newly constructed 4 bedroom, 2400 square foot modern Pacific Coast style home with large outdoor pool.

All bedrooms have decks overlooking the ocean. Artfully designed and much more beautiful and spacious than photos or frankly, my words can describe.

Enjoy garden and ocean views views from every room, and indoor / outdoor living with plenty of shaded decks and veranda. Enter the grounds through bamboo gates into a lush edible garden. Lots of details in the decor and with plenty of consideration given to comfortable living.

Guest access
Private access to pool. Essential smart 55" TV / hammock combo, fruits and herbs in the large garden, towels, soap, t paper. Surfboards available for rent across the street.

Other things to note
Jorge is always available and is usually around at some point during the day to care for the pool, garden, and property.

We have fibre optic internet with telmex and usually get 50-150 mbs unless there is an area wide outage.

Neighbourhood highlights

The house is located at the southern end of town, in the area known as La Punta. You're super close to the beach but up on the hill with great views of the neighborhood, the ocean, and the mountains behind.

Feel like your living at home in a friendly and "authentic" Mexican community. It's quiet but you will hear typical noises from the neighbourhood: roosters and dogs, children playing, maybe some goats, a surfboard being shaped, some jaripeo or banda music, and of course the waves crashing.
