Comfortable house for holiday rent in Tuscany in Ansedonia. The house is located on the top of a promontory surrounded by the sea, and lush Mediterranean vegetation. It's located 130 km away from Roma or Pisa. It allows you to easily visit Tuscany . Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room with kitchenette, garden and terrace overlooking the sea. The space
The house is easily manageable. It has a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Monte Argentario with a 180 degree view of the sea. It's immersed in a surreal silence but, at the same time, the place allows you to easily reach the most beautiful cities in Tuscany. The beaches or the rocks are reachable on foot from the house !! ( 7/10 minutes ). A 5-minute walk takes you to a small mini - market with a bar and restaurant where you can buy basic necessities, journals or cigarettes. it's possibl to rent a bike and go trought Feniglia to Porto Ercole or to swimm into the sea. Guests will have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, and patio with a table. The terrace above is fully equipped with a sofa and table for dining and offers a fantastic 360-degree view of the Argentario Gulf. The house is equipped with mosquito nets on every window and air conditioning. A barbecue is available.
