In the Périgord Pourpre, 15 km from Bergerac, between the Château de Monbazillac and the medieval village of Issigeac, we offer our totally independent accommodation for a stay in the heart of the vineyards and plum trees. This stone and beam dwelling nestled in a 3 ha park is fully renovated. A large non-private swimming pool invites you to relax and enjoy the water.
We would be happy to welcome you to our home and share this beautiful region with a privileged climate.

The space
This 58m2 house on the garden level is perfect for a couple or 4 people (for the same rate).

The bedroom equipped with a stereo system has very comfortable 180 cm x 200 cm bedding (sleeps 2)

The living room with an LED TV is equipped with a 160 cm x 200 cm sofa bed (sleeps 2). A desk and armchairs round out this very bright room.

The kitchen opens directly to the outside. A personal terrace with its table, chairs, umbrella, deckchairs and babecue await you for pleasant conviviality. Kitchen equipment consists of washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, freezer, fridge, 4 gas burners and all the necessary small appliances.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and 2 basins.

In the park and away, a place for children : ping pong table, slide and portico.
Without time constraints, you can use and abuse the pool, its sun loungers and swings.
This accommodation full of charms will bring you peace and quiet.
A warm and discreet welcome is provided by the owners who are at your disposal.
