Comfortable apartment of 100sqm, on a quiet street, very close (less than 100 meters) to the Acropolis Museum, the metro station, supermarket, restaurants and the old town of Athens.
The space
If you are travelers who make sure to get to know the scenery of the old town, walk among interesting personalities and connect with the heart rhythm of Athens, this place is for you.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Athens in a quiet neighborhood. It is located on a street perpendicular to the pedestrian street of Areopagitou and is pleasant with beautiful colors. It is open-plan and has two balconies on the side of the living room and bedrooms. In this apartment the electrical appliances, furniture and equipment are new. It has been renovated and fully furnished recently. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and an office, with a work desk and WiFi with free internet connection. It can accommodate up to six people.
Air conditioning and central heating are provided.
Breakfast is not included, but there are some products from me, such as jams, honey, coffee, tea.
In the bathroom you will find shower gel, shampoo, soaps. It is within walking distance of all sights and the city center. You can also easily use local transportation in any direction. If you like walking, you can walk to the old town (Plaka, Psirri, Monastiraki, Thiseio), feel the positive energy of the archaeological sites of the Ancient and Roman market, the sacred rock of the Acropolis, but also enjoy the modern life of the city by walking to the University with the Propylaea, drink your coffee in the bustling cafes of the city center, shop in its interesting shops and try delicious wines and food. It is worth noting that the University, the Academy, the Museums are 10 minutes away on foot.
Nearby there are buses, trams, trolleybuses and metro that you can take to get to the port of Piraeus, to board one of the ferry boats that will take you to the nearby islands that are 1-1/2 hour away, such as Aegina, Poros, Agistri, for a day trip.
