The space
Centrally located in West Kelowna. A few minutes to the beach and boat launch. The best amenity building in the Okanagan (84oo sq. ft.) which includes a huge patio, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball courts, putting green, pool table, darts, poker room, and more. Property is surrounded by shopping plazas, restaurants, golf courses, and wineries.

This unit is located on the 4th floor to take advantage of the stunning lake views. Designed with high-end furnishings, bedding and linens. Gourmet kitchen and gas barbeque on massive patio complete with patio dining set and loungers. Big screen "SMART" tv's located throughout the unit.

Master bedroom boasts king size pillow top bed and separate ensuite. Queen bed in the second room to accommodate kids or adults. Pull out sofa also has room for two.
