Set in a private suburban garden, Erica Cottage is a quiet get-away. Suitable for a family of 4, not 4 adults, as the second, small bedroom has bunkbeds and is also the access route to the shower/loo allowing little privacy.

The garden, the pool, and a weber/braai are all available for your enjoyment – ideal for our hot summer days.

The Cottage is 5 minutes from Cavendish Square – the most prestigious Southern Suburbs shopping centre with cinemas. Newlands Cricket ground is also very close.

The space
Although the cottage sleeps 4, it is only suitable for a family with 2 children, not 4 adults.
Newlands railway station is also within easy walking distance, putting Erica Cottage in the ideal position to allow visitors to see the sights of the Peninsula.
