This newly renovated home is located in downtown Kingston, minutes walking distance to major amenities such as the K-Rock Centre, waterfront, restaurants, bars, and shopping on Princess Street. The unit, which encompasses the entire first floor of a townhouse, consists of a large open concept living space along with one bedroom and a bathroom. The space
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The living space has a 50" Samsung Smart TV which is signed into Netflix to watch TV/Movies. Free high speed WIFI is included. You will be provided with pots / pans, utensils, glassware, and drip coffee maker with ground coffee. Linens, pillows, and towels.

We have one parking spot behind the unit available to use suitable for a small to regular sized vehicle (no pick up trucks or large vehicles). On street parking on many streets in the area is allowed from April 1st to November 30th except weekdays between the hours of 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm.
