The apartment is brand new, with a high quality design. It is located in the center of a dynamic boulevard in the middle of Florentin neighborhood, the most trendy area of Tel Aviv. You can find in walking distance (0-10 mins) many cafés, bars, clubs, restaurants, change, grocery stores, laundry mats, and anything you need to have a beautiful vacation.
In front of the apartment you can find rental bikes, and find yourself at the beach or in Jaffa's flea market in less than 10 minutes.

The new apartment is located I a very nice boulevard, in Florentin neighborhood. The neighborhood is a community of young people. In Florentin you can find a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes, and small stores that are open for the most of the day.
The location of Florentin is very close (not more than 10 minuets by bicycle) to old Jaffa, the beach, Suzan Dallal center, and Rothschild boulevard.
