This beautiful house was built in 2018. It has over 3000 sq/ft of living space, 3 separate living spaces, which makes this executive property perfect for multiple families. 2 fully outfitted kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Located in a picturesque fishing village with a short walk to the beach and a boardwalk. Harbour views and ocean views from lower and upper patios. Each space has a BBQ, lounge seating and dining table. Centrally located, close to tourist areas golf courses and beaches

The space
The house is ideal for a large family or multiple families. travelling together.

The house offers two almost identical suites (upper and lower) as well as a separate loft above the garage with its own bathroom and mini fridge. There are 2 full gourmet kitchens, a total of 5 bedrooms with 6 beds and 3.5 bathrooms and great dining and entertaining spaces.

A private outdoor deck and patio offer lounge seating, a BBQ and outdoor dining table. The upper deck offers a gourmet bbq for the executive chef in your life as well!

There are 2 rollout cots available (best use is for kids or adults less than 150lbs).

One of the bedrooms located in the loft above is above the garage, It has a queen bed and full bath. Laundry is in the garage and available to guests if they need it.

We are very close to restaurants, groceries, liquor store and shops. A beautiful boardwalk is steps from the house and a patrolled beach is a 6 minute walk. We are located in a quaint fishing village close to many of PEIs famous attractions and beaches.
