Located in a residential development quite close to the BUAP Cultural Complex. 5 minutes from Angelopolis Mall, Metropolitan Auditorium, Tecnológico de Monterrey, International Baroque Museum, Estrella de Puebla, Jardín del Arte, and Ibero-American University.

30 minutes from the historic center of Atlixco, 20 minutes from downtown Puebla and San Pedro Cholula.

A few meters away there is a convenience store and places to eat delicious food. Transportation access is quick and easy.
