Our spacious and private 2 BR/1 BA apartment is located in a safe residential neighborhood with easy access to the airport, Kingstown and some of the best beaches on the island (Downhill to beach, uphill to the house). There is a private driveway, living room, fully stocked kitchen and patio. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a full-sized bed, clean linens, towels and closet. One bedroom has direct access to the patio. The house is conveniently wired for 110V and 220V and has cable TV and Wi-Fi.

You will have the entire 2 bedroom apartment to yourself. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed and is air-conditioned. We provide clean linens and towels. One bedroom has direct access to the patio.

In the apartment, there is a living room area with flat-screen TV and cable, bathroom with hot water for the shower, dining table for 4 and fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, stove, oven, and refrigerator. We also have a washing machine. There is free wifi throughout.

There is also a patio with outdoor seating and a hammock for relaxing. If you plan to rent a car there is a private 2-car driveway. There are 3 steps to enter the patio from the driveway.

The apartment is in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood about 15 minutes downhill walk from the main highway. We are located less than 10 minutes to Arnos Vale, the closest commercial area and only 5 minutes from the restaurants and beaches in Villa. We provide and area map to help you find your way around.
