Our Tiny Cabin is one of two tiny houses located on our property. It has a full bathroom w/shower, fully stocked kitchenette, living area, full size sofa bed & a loft with a queen mattress. The front deck is great for relaxing & we've supplied a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.
Located next to Bandit Town, 4.5 miles from the south shore of Bass Lake, 25 miles from Yosemite's south gate or you can meander thru the Scenic Byway for plenty of hiking & 100 miles of amazing peaks, valleys & meadows.

The space
One of two cabins on the property, this space is cozy and quiet with all the luxuries of home. It's perfect for two adults or will accommodate a family of four. The grounds are well kept and the front deck is large. The perfect area for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. You'll enjoy the company of deer wandering the property morning and night. We've provided board games and yard games to pass the time away.
We have added a second cabin on the property, but plenty of space between the two houses and each has their own space and amenities.
We also live on and maintain the property but we do our best to give our guests their privacy.
NOTE: Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize between reservations for the safety of our guests.

We are dog friendly, but ask that you keep pets on a leash for their safety. Our dog is fenced or indoors but always leashed when out on the property but we cannot control other peoples pets, strays or wildlife.

Note: Yosemite south-gate s is only 25 miles but during the busy season, traffic can cause delays so plan to leave early. Once inside the gate, Mariposa grove is just minutes further. However, the valley floor is a bit further, about 45 minutes inside the park.

The mountains are calling and we must go! We love the Sierra Nevada's. We are excited to give others the opportunity to spend time outdoors, closer to what we call paradise. We hope our guests get out and enjoy all there is to do... and at the end of the day, come home to a comfortable bed and cozy retreat. Despite all the rules listed… we're actually pretty nice people. The rules are put in place to make sure that our tiny cabin can be enjoyed by all for years to come. We hope you will respect our property and treat our guest house as if it were your own. If anything unexpected comes up, just let us know as soon as possible. We are constantly working to make our property a beautiful retreat given all the tree mortality. We have tried to supply little things like menus for local restaurants and literature on places of interest nearby. We have enjoyed roaming so many of the Sierra National Forest trails for years and hope this will bring you a little closer to doing the same. However, if you feel we can improve on anything to make future stays more enjoyable, please feel free to leave us a note as we are always open to suggestions. We are located on the property. If you need immediate assistance, feel free to contact or just ask if you see us working out on the property. If we are unavailable we will return your call as quickly as possible.
